Dino Rewards Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Dino Rewards, the loyalty program from Dinosaur Bar-B-Que. By joining, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms may be updated at any time, so check back for the most current version.

 

  1. Eligibility

Dino Rewards is open to all guests. There is no age requirement to join.

 

  1. How to Join

Sign-up is free and only takes a minute. Guests can join online through our website. If you visit a Dino location, our team can help you access the sign-up form, but registration is completed online.

 

  1. Earning Points

  • Members earn 1 point for every $1 spent on eligible purchases.
  • Eligible purchases include:
    • Dine-in orders
    • Takeout orders placed directly on our website
    • Takeout orders placed by phone with a Dino location
  • Points cannot be earned on:
    • Gift card purchases
    • Orders placed through third-party apps (such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, etc.)
    • Catering orders
    • Private events held in upstairs spaces
  • Points are applied to your account after eligible purchases are completed and payment is processed.
  • Rewards cannot be earned and redeemed on the same day.

 

  1. Redeeming Rewards

  • Rewards may include discounts, desserts, or other member-only offers.
  • The standard reward structure is subject to change at any time.
  • Once you have enough points to earn a reward, it will appear in your account.
  • Rewards expire 90 days from the date they are issued unless otherwise stated.
  • Rewards cannot be combined with other rewards or offers.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and may only be used once per visit.

 

  1. Birthday Rewards

  • Members who provide their birthday during sign-up will receive a special birthday reward.
  • Birthday rewards are valid only during your birthday month.
  • Birthday rewards expire at the end of the birthday month.

 

  1. Points and Expiration

  • Points do not expire.
  • Rewards, once issued, expire after 90 days unless otherwise stated.
  • Expired rewards cannot be reinstated.

 

  1. Account Information and Privacy

  • Points and rewards are linked to the member’s account and cannot be transferred, sold, or combined with another member’s account.
  • Members must provide a valid email address to participate in Dino Rewards.
  • By joining, you agree to receive communications about your account, rewards, and program-related promotions.
  • You can manage your communication preferences at any time by updating your account settings or unsubscribing from emails.

  1. Right to Modify or Cancel

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que reserves the right to change, modify, or cancel Dino Rewards and its terms at any time without prior notice. This includes changes to point earning rates, redemption values, eligible purchases, and reward offerings.

 

  1. Other Conditions

  • Rewards cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Taxes, tips, and certain fees may not be eligible for earning points or redemption.
  • Dino Rewards has no cash value and is intended solely for promotional purposes.
