How long does the Turkey need to cook for?
Reheating is roughly 7-10 minutes per pound, plan on about 3 hours. Turkey should reach an internal temperature of 160˚ F. Using the thermometer in the thick part of the breast, check temperature before removing from the oven. Remove turkey from oven and let stand a minimum of 15 minutes before carving.
Is the bag oven-proof?
