BBQ Sesame Soy Grilled Catfish

Approximately 2 lb. catfish
1/2 c. soy sauce
3/4 c. Dinosaur Sensuous Slathering sauce
1 T. fresh minced ginger
2 cloves of garlic, minced
3 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. Sesame oil
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tsp. black pepper
Juice of 1/2 lime
Vegetable oil
- Combine all ingredients (excluding catfish and vegetable oil). Mix well until fully blended.
- Pour marinade over the catfish and let sit in refrigerator between 2 and 8 hours.
- Heat grill to medium. Remove catfish from marinade and pat dry with papertowel. Lightly brush fish with vegetable oil.
- Take any left over marinade and put in a pan and bring to a boil, then bring down to a simmer. Reduce to a syrupy glaze.
- Grill catfish aprox. 4-5 minutes per side. Baste with glaze then serve.
