Grilled Swordfish with Balsamic BBQ Vinaigrette

1 1/2 - 2 lb. swordfish steak - 6 oz. steaks
1 - 2 Tbs. olive oil
Kosher salt & black pepper
1/2 cup Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Sauce
1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1 Tbs. Dijon or spicy brown mustard
2 tsp. honey
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. ground fennel
Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Fire up grill to medium hot.
  2. Brush swordfish with olive oil on both sides. Salt & pepper generously.
  3. Mix BBQ sauce, balsamic vinegar, mustard, and honey until fully incorporated.
  4. Slowly drizzle in olive oil, whisking vigorously until oil is fully emulsified. Add cumin, fennel, and salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Grill swordfish approximately 3 minutes each side until lightly cooked through. Don't overcook!
  6. Ladle sauce over fish and serve.
