Korean BBQ Ribeye
Dinosaur Bar-B-Que

2 lbs. Ribeye steak (approx.(4) 8oz. steaks)
¾ c.soy sauce
¼ c. rice vinegar
1/3 c. Dinosaur BBQ Sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ c. dark brown sugar
3 T. sesame oil
¼ c. green onions, minced
juice of ½ lemon
2 tsp crushed red peppers
black pepper to taste
- 1. Cut steak lengthwise in half turning an 8 oz. steak into 2 thin 4 oz. steaks.
- 2. Combine rest of ingredients mixing well. Set ¾ c. of marinade aside and pour remaining marinade over steaks. Marinate a minimum of 4 hours and up to 12 hours.
- 3. Fire up grill to med-high, cook steaks to med-rare, internal temperature approx. 145°F/63C and remove from heat.
- 4. Ladle reserved marinade over cooked steaks then serve.
