We provide at least 2 servers for your function who will take care of the
details of serving your guests so you can enjoy the party. Our servers come armed with
chafing dishes, disposable plates and flatware to make your party a swinging success.

DELIVERY

We drop off the goods, hot and ready to serve in disposable aluminum pans. Our drivers
set up the spread and your guests help themselves to a BBQ treat.

PICKUP

no minimum necessary

You come to the restaurant at a specified time and we load you up
with your food in disposable aluminum pans, hot and ready to go.

Memphis-Style B-B-Q Pork

Dry rubbed and slow-cooked up to 12 hours, then hand pulled.

B-B-Q Texas Brisket

Beef smoked slow & low the ol'timey way, then hand sliced and lightly sauced.

St. Louis Cut Ribs

Pork ribs smoked and lightly slathered, cut individually

BBQ Chicken

(Choose one from the following)
• Mixed Quarters (half white meat, half dark meat) - Hand rubbed,
smoked, and lightly slathered with BBQ sauce.
• Mojito Marinade Boneless Chicken Breast - Boneless, skinless chicken breast
marinated in our Mojito marinade and grilled. Bold bright flavor, not spicy.

BBQ Smoked Salmon

Requires 24 hour notice and 3lb. minimum order.

Smoked Turkey Breast

Fresh smoked turkey breast,
sliced and topped with BBQ sauce.
Requires 48 hour notice and 5lb. minimum order.

Portobello Mushroom

Marinated and grilled- a great Vegetarian item.
